Ede Conyers, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer
Ede is an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer. She has twenty years of offshore fund administration and banking industry experience. Her offshore career commenced in 1985 and from 1992 to 1997 was responsible for the management of International Corporate Management of Bermuda, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bermuda Commercial Bank specializing in offshore fund administration and management of exempted companies.

She then established Forum Fund Services Ltd. as part of the Forum Financial Group in September 1997 which was acquired by Citigroup in December 2003 when Mrs Conyers became Global Head of Alternative Investments. She was responsible for the growth of the Company from inception until the sale to Citigroup. Upon her departure, client assets under administration and custody had grown to over $45 billion globally.

During her tenure at Forum/Citigroup, the Bermuda business was awarded Best in Class by its clients for years 2000 to 2006 in the annual Global Custodian fund administrators survey. Mrs. Conyers acts as a director of a number of offshore funds and companies and is a Member of the Investment Funds Act Committee of the Bermuda International Business Association.
