Our product offering specializes in hedge funds and fund of funds providing the global investment management industry with a comprehensive range of hedge fund services. We were incorporated on 23 May 2007 as a Bermuda exempted company and received our Fund Administrator License under the Bermuda Monetary Authority Investment Funds Act 2006 on 6 August 2007. The Company was established as a joint venture with the ISIS Group, which includes ISIS Limited and ISIS (AP) Limited. The company was founded by a leadership team with significant in depth knowledge and expertise in investment management and hedge fund administration. We have created a company that is client focused and has the ability to offer product and service tailored to meet clients’ needs.
